H & H was very competitive with their work and their courtesy was outstanding. We had selected our laminate from a competitor, but were concerned that Brian's sample differed. Brian went the extra mile and had the factory send a box so we could see it matched his sample. Brian he counseled us on what to expect with a big job and made very detailed layouts of our existing floor plan that helped the accuracy of their quote.

We had carpet, tile, and engineered wood flooring to remove. Their installation team worked with our schedule to insure a swift install and was able to work around other repairs we had to make before they could complete their work. We highly recommend Brian and the whole staff.“

After preping and leveling the floors and putting down the first 2 bedrooms, the top coat of the flooring was delaminated. Turns out another customer had the same issue. Meredith, helped solve this issue with helping us get replacement flooring, and recoving the costs for the demo and laying the new floors.
