He was very friendly and took the time to speak to my elderly parents about people they both knew from Highland Home. He was an outstanding young man. He was very reliable, he was at my parents house within 30 minutes of my call to Hans about their Zac not working. He communicated clearly and earned my trust. Top 3 things I loved: 1) Knowledgeable, kind 2) Quick response and punctual arrival 3) Friendly, trustworthy communication. He handled my ac repair and thermostat installation upgrade with professionalism.
