Family Care Associates is highly recommended for quality medical care. Dr. Matoga is knowledgeable, patient, and listens carefully to patients’ needs, offering different approaches to treatment. The staff, especially the receptionists, are friendly and sweet, creating a welcoming environment. The office is very clean, and wait times are usually short, with a maximum of about 30 minutes. Although they do not accept walk-ins, appointments are handled promptly, ensuring efficient service. Overall, patients feel healthier and more positive since receiving care there, making it a trusted choice for medical needs.
I use Dr. Matoga and she is knowledgeable and patient offering different approaches to what my needs are. She's overall amazing! The beautiful ladies at reception are pure sweethearts. I've never encountered rudeness. The facility is very clean. The most I've ever had to wait was 30min or so, and that was on a busy day. Overall, I'm in better health and spirits since I started using them several years ago.
The ONLY thing I would change would be the fact that they don't take walk-ins. But at the same time, I appreciate the promptness of getting called back. I wouldn't have that if there were many walk-ins.

If you are looking for a new doctor, check out Dr. Matoga at this practice! She is really wonderful and will actually sit and listen to what you have going on. Her nurse is amazing as well! My previous primary care physician retired and I was nervous about finding a new PCP, but I am glad I found Dr. Matoga!
Good physicians work here, it’s just the receptionist do not give quality service, like to notify & reschedule patients when a physician will not be in the day of their scheduled appointment or when booking a appointment over the phone not to forget to complete the booking. A new receptionist staff will really improve this office.
