She didn’t even listen to my request for hair cut, or look at the inspo picture I have showed her. I literally had good amount of hair which I lost just because she didn’t listen to me, and did what ever she wanted to do. I would definitely not recommend this saloon. Totally upset with the service, I need to go through the damage she made to my hair.. very disappointed

I have been going to Mee Lee for a year and a half now. She does a great, professional job. I have very thick, difficult hair and she always makes it look right. I love her peaceful salon. She deals very patiently with difficult customers like the ones who give bad reviews here 🥺

Very unprofessional service. No transparent pricing. She just quotes whatever price she wants at the end of the service which is ridiculous. She nearly burnt my wives face with a curling rod. When we enquired about the pricing she told us we dont need to come back. Definitely do not recommend. Very rude lady. (Ms.Lee)

Be aware that there is no clear or standard pricing. You are not told the cost upfront and are charged at the end. I was charged an extra $45 simply for having longer hair and paid a total of $77 for a blowout only — no haircut. This felt very unreasonable.

Very worst service I asked for other color she did a tottaly different color And she charged me 265$ She messed it uo and asked me to come 2nd time but she again did a whole diff color

Requested style: I cut my short hair with a knife and the length on both sides didn't match. I said I would know which style I was talking about, but when I cut it, I guess I blinked. I forgot the style I requested, and when I cut it, the length ended up being too short, so I suffered for several months.
