After researching and reading reviews etc , we had Chads AC Direct install our new HVAC unit. They were prompt, professional,courteous, and completed the installation in a timely manner. I highly recommend Chad’s AC Direct !
Adam did an excellent job. Definitely make what could have been a stressful situation very easy. He explained each step throughly and finished quickly to get my unit back on track. He had a very nice personality and was very kind!
Outstanding service! Chad and his team were extremely professional and they went above and beyond to help me as a new customer. The prices for services are fair and very competitive (definitely lower than United). Ask for Timothy, A/C tech, if you can. He is a true pro at this and a nice person to boot!
