Overall, great practice. Conveniently located in Montgomery, building very clean and inviting, short wait time, staff very personable and welcoming. Billing staff were transparent and answered any questions I had related to billing prior to treatment. I saw Dr. Lumpkin who has the most humble spirit and kind demeanor. She is very knowledgeable and patient in explaining processes, procedures and dental care. I don't know enough about Dr. Bennett to assess my limited interaction with him, but he appears to be personable and well liked. Recently started using Dr. Bennett & Lumpkin’s office for dental work. Today (4/3/2024) was my second appointment after my initial cleaning & consultation. I went back for a filling on one tooth. Megan was a great help, she was very inviting, informative, and professional. She answered a lot of my questions about the process of getting a filling and also was able to give some intel on oral surgeon/getting wisdom teeth pulled for a first-timer. Overall she made me feel really comfortable, which I appreciate. Dr. Bennett performed my filling and he was great, very fast, very nice and not too rough.
