About Baptist Medical Center South
Baptist Medical Center South is a well-known healthcare facility that offers high-quality services from start to finish. Patients praise the staff, including nurses, lab techs, and physical therapists, for their professionalism and kindness, which helps create a calm and reassuring environment despite any pain involved. The on-site pharmacy is appreciated for its fast and easy service. Patients also highlight the positive experiences with the nursing team, especially nurses like Misty, Rex, Lora, Dianna, and Jan, who provide attentive and compassionate care. The hospital's staff makes patients feel in good hands, and many are grateful for the caring attitude of the employees. However, some technical issues, such as problems with call buttons and TV remotes, have been noted as concerns, potentially affecting patient safety. The hospital's pace can be slow, especially during busy times like shift changes or early mornings. Overall, Baptist Medical Center South aims to deliver quality care, though certain areas, particularly technical aspects, need improvement to ensure better patient experiences.
I have had the best nurses caring for me these few days. All folks here care for your health and safety. Guess only down side is bed alarm so you have to bother the nurses and can’t get up by yourself.
Baptist South in Montgomery, Alabama is where we went. My husband was not feeling well, short winded, no energy, color not great. ER Unit immediately started working with him and ordering tests they thought were vital and needed. Awesome experience. We were treated with an abundance of love, concern, and respect. Top notch professionalism with all the staff we encountered.
Dr. Crawford, Cardiologist found the problem and fixed it. We just cant say enough about Bapist South.

All aspects of this visit deserve the very highest of ratings from being expeditiously admitted into the ER and provisions of a bed; from the kindest of services, treatment, and care in the Cardiovascular ICU; and the food was about as tasty as any hospital food I've eaten--although prepared with dietary restrictions, it was...read full review
