My overall care from the providers was on point and they listened to my every need. On Tuesday, September 1st my Nurse Marissa was not present from 11:30am until 5:30 pm. I overheard telling the night nurse at shift change I was noncompliance for getting up and going to the bathroom on my own. She would have known that I did if she was present and other nurses had to come in start my antibiotics that she left hanging and they had to disconnect when done due to her not being present when I put on my light. My pregnancy and childbirth experience was wonderful.
The labor and delivery staff were incredibly humane and cheerful.
I highly recommend this amazing hospital to everyone.

Looked like they were running a sales event, waiting room full, people on gurney lining the walls, EKG machines beeping everywhere. That being said, they were well staffed, plenty of friendly helpful receptionist and nurses every ten feet asking how they could help, who was I looking for, which nurse assigned to my patient. Proficient, professional and personable people all. Even the security at the metal detector lightened the mood. Im sure my friend with the compound fractured arm hasn't noticed the high level of care she has received, but I have. I much appreciate the outstanding effort these dedicated individuals provide the citizens of this tri-county area.
