I had my baby girl at Baptist East last week. They gifted us with the best days of our life, there is no other way to put it. My husband and I will never forget the love and attention we received from all the personnel at Baptist East, not just doctors and nurses, but everyone. We feel so blessed for having had that experience. By the way, the food was great!
L & D unit did an amazing Job but I have to highlight the ones who made my delivery and stay one I can speak about for days to doctor Waller thank you for delivering my baby boy safely and for the warmed you showed after delivery for nurse Kathie you are like a best friend I wish I had, you held my hand through it all you were the clam within the storm, nurse Angie your patience and warmth meant a lot to me during my stay and thank you for being so caring. To the other nurses from the nursery I want to thank you guys for all you do.
the wait times are literally outrageous. The lines of people waiting, the check-in process, the staff, the bedside care, all of it is all just SO SLOW. Got here for a basic check due to a car wreck at 11pm, it is now 3 am. Still waiting on results from an x-ray that was done an hour ago, with no updates. Do not go here if you are in a rush, want to be quick, or have an emergency.
