Had an appointment yesterday, showed up eager and on time ready to get it over with . Prior to this appointment, when calling to schedule it, I asked if my new insurance was accepted they confirmed that it was and that’s why I proceeded to make the appointment. When I provided my name at check in to the lady , she made a face and said that my insurance isn’t taking for “some reason” , at that moment, her co worker made a “mmm mmmm” remark which then the lady sitting at the desk starts to laugh hysterically, it was just sooooooo funny to her . Not to mention, there were other customers in the building, no eye contact was made , a lot of side conversations with each other was being had , it was just a horrible experience. As I’m waiting for her to stop laughing and tell me what’s going on , she then says my insurance is showing “out of network “ and either I could pay out of pocket for my exam or call my insurance, hands me the iPad and says “you can go sit back there” . As I’m walking away , she then repeats the whole conversation from the co worker making the remark that made her laugh, and starts laughing again , and said that was too funny . That’s when I decided to just leave and try to take my business elsewhere because I was going to actually pay out of pocket for this appointment but it wasn’t even worth it anymore . Overall I felt embarrassed, I felt there was no professionalism or empathy for your customers .

I PUT 1 STAR 🌟 TO POST MY COMMENT!!! Called at 5:49pm Friday 12.31.25, Jacob the store manager answered said hold on and never came back, so I was holding just waiting for him to come back & he never came back, the store close at 6p and here it is 6:10 and I’m still holding, horrible customer service, I will take my business elsewhere!!!
