This funeral home has done 3 of my family members' funerals in the last 10 years. I'm not sure who helped us 10 years ago when my uncle passed away, but they did a great job. Then last September when my grandfather passed away after a longtime illness, Casey was the funeral director who provided my family with care. She was so loving and comforted anyone she could. At that time, we were both pregnant, due about a month apart. I didn't deal with the planning process in these funerals, but in January when my infant son passed away, I knew immediately which funeral home to go to for services. They went above and beyond to make sure my little boy was taken care of and gave us the opportunity to get many momentos. Even though we did not use their facilities for a visitation or funeral, we still got the same level of service that my grandmother received when she planned my uncle's and grandfather's funerals. We were one of the first clients of Casey after she came back from maternity leave and she was so compassionate and caring checking to see if there was anything else she could help us with and making sure my husband, daughter and myself were doing as best as we could given the situation. They will always be our go to funeral home for our family in the future for the love and support we got from the entire staff at Alabama Heritage.
