Hired luquire to clean and tune up our A/C unit for the summer. Very happy with the service, technician was on time and polite. Cleaned the indoor and outdoor unit and made sure they were in good working order. And most important, no scare tactics to try and upsell services or products. Also gave us a free filter for the AC. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

He quickly repaired a broken flange and went above and beyond by performing additional maintenance and carefully caulking the toilet. Ken came out and replaced my old garbage disposal which was leaking. Showed up on time and was done in 30 minutes. Very pleased with the work. Ken has done plumbing work for me before and is very knowledgeable and professional.
