My truck died on a Sunday on base and my insurance company took forever trying to find a tow company , because I couldn’t get into my truck ( key fob didn’t have the manual key and keypad were dead). Action locksmith came out and opened my truck and tried to help as much as he could to get my truck running. He was complete angel and so very professional. If I ever lock myself out, I know who to call!

My doorknob to the front door jammed and I could not lock the door. Had to get this repaired tonight so called after hours, and luckily Andy came to the rescue. He replaced the lock, was pleasant, fast, and very professional. I will continue to use the business from now on and for future work. Thanks, Andy!! PS: Kudos to Chris who came the next day to help me with something else. This business takes care of its customers.

was in a bind after misplacing my keys and needed urgent access to a safe. Chris came quickly, worked hard to solve the issue, and even replaced the lock. He could see how stressed I was and showed incredible kindness by not charging me, only asking for a review instead. Honest, compassionate, and professional — I’d recommend him to anyone.
