I LOVE my gym. It’s addictive. People who own and work there are some of the most friendly and caring people. They WANT you to succeed. They WANT you to feel great! They WANT you to have confidence and believe in yourself. I’ve been a member of a couple of gyms since my sons were in high school. (They’re in their mid-late 30’s now). I’ve never felt so comfortable working out or had so much support and encouragement to keep it going. I appreciate them so much.

Mike House is a wizard: he has managed to make me look forward to working out!! I'm an older, heavy woman, and going to a gym on my own left me feeling old, fat, and incompetent. Having Mike as a personal trainer to plan a smart workout and guide me through strength training, endurance, and flexibility leaves me feeling "happier, healthier and harder to kill."
