I went to the Springdale Ulta Beauty, on 09-09-26, right about noon. Let me just tell y’all that Shelby is fabulous! It was, hands down, the best interaction I have ever had, and the most informative, in a Ulta Beauty Store. She felt more like a friend shopping with me. It is not very often that you find such, personable, engaging, friendly & even smiling customer service. She is lovely. This location is further from my house, but I will drive here because of Shelby’s customer service. Thank you so much.

Laura wales Gave me good customer service and she make sure that I was well taken care of and she also help me to get what I have wanted and make sure that it was perfect for me and I was telling her about this lip gloss that I wanted that I was looking for and she tried it on me and I love it and she also blend some makeup on my face to make sure it was the right shade and she also taught me how to put on . And this was my first time coming in and it was a great experience and I will be coming back thank you Laura.
