I have used Small Animal Clinic for many years for vet care and boarding. From the front desk staff to the vet techs and Vets - each has been professional and care-driven. The care my 5 present “little kids” have been given has been exemplary & filled with kindness and care. I have had the hard decision to put two dogs down in the 10+ years I have had them as my vet service - and this was done compassionately to both my pets and myself. I didn’t have forms and charges pushed at me at the front desk like some vet services do before going to the exam rooms - it was all about my very sick pets here. My 4lbs Yorkie Yola is a patient. Dr Jordon and his staff have taken good care of her. Dr Jordan performed surgery on her last year fixing an hernia. March 6 2024 Yola was stung by a bee. Within ten minutes she was unconscious. I was broken and desperately needed help. The staff and Dr Jordan stopped everything to save Yola. I’m sooo appreciative. The Small Animal Clinic is our forever veterinarian. ❤️
After a bad experience at Springhill Animal Clinic, we had an amazing experience at The Small Animal Clinic - Dr Jordan came in the lobby, saw our dog was in pain, and took immediate action to help him. Everyone in the office seemed to really care about animals.
