I came in for the first time yesterday. Checking in on the App while enroute was super easy and I was quickly greeted when I walked in. Brooke assisted me and gave me a nice haircut. She was very friendly and did a nice job. I will definitely be back.
My Fiancé has gotten a few haircuts from here and overall they have been decent. But this past time, today, he went and the woman who did his hair was talking the entire time and paid his hair very little attention. Left him with and uneven fade, and hairs that were noticeably longer than the others in the front. I would give this a one star, but there is one woman in this Sports Clip who is really good with cutting hair, and who actually cares about her clients, so I’ll add two stars but only because of her. I wish I knew both their names.
My husband went to Klippers Kuts Barber shop and asked for a simple low fade, he was very disappointed because nothing was faded, and almost everything was uneven. We didn’t know what to do, so we decided to see if we can go to Sport Clips to see if he can get it fixed. Once arriving he explained the problem to them and Donna was able to fix it. So thanks to Donna for helping my husband out. Highly recommend.
