Unfortunately I will never return to this office. I have been a patient here for years and I always enjoyed the fun atmosphere and talking with the staff. I have heard many stories of other patients being treated rudely by the appointment desk but I have always dismissed it based on my experiences. I finally saw what they were talking about. The scheduler is rude and makes customers feel uncomfortable. In the future I hope she learns to kindly greet people upon entering because they have now lost another persons business due to her rude behavior.

I have been a patient here for quite a few years and I have to say that the staff and the doctor has never once been Rude, they have always been so nice and welcoming. I will always go here.

A great experience and advice. Thank you for being so streamlined! I've been going to Dr. Shirey's office for years now and consistently he & his staff are really great. I haven't had a bad experience; on the contrary, Dr. Shirey's bed-side manner & expertise are excellent.
