The flowers were fine, but whoever typed the names on the cards messed two of the names out of five. I understand mistakes happen sometimes, and this is seemingly a small thing, but I was very disappointed that they did not take the time to make sure it was correct, and for the tone I got when I called to let them know. I was not asking for any money back - just some sort of acknowledgement that it made it less special for us. The person who answered the phone did offer to send another card, but really just wanted them to sound like they cared.
