We used Wayne for a total renovation. His quote was more than fair and his flexibility and communication regarding changes of the scope of work was excellent. Wayne’s carpenters, plumbers and electricians were top notch and truly a joy to work with. We have used him for several smaller projects since and continue to be satisfied.
