I was going to another salon for years and my hair started falling out due to Covid so I ask about have a few extensions added and the price was over $1,000 and that’s something I just couldn’t due. I was referred to Lydia at Reflections so I went and did a consultation, she went over everything and showed me where to order my extensions and helped me pick them out. I booked the appointment and two weeks later I had them put in along with my hair colored and cut. I was absolutely amazed and In love with my hair again! Before the pandemic a stylist dyed my hair a horrible purple!! Everything shut down and I was stuck with that hair. Mortified is an understatement. I found someone as soon as I could and they RUINED it even worse by bleaching it out. I thought my head was ruined forever until I found Allison at Reflections!!!! She acted as if my hair was hers. Literally. She did a strengthening treatment and I started using Olaplex as she suggested. 5 months later and scheduled my 3rd appointment for this week. I highly recommend this salon. It's a very relaxing atmosphere with employees that genuinely care. I have found my salon for life!!!
I'm so disappointed by one of the staff here. My auntie went there for a haircut that she loved but told me that her stylist kept coughing. I am all for freedom but if you are coughing you you really should wear a mask and not cough in your clients hair. It's such a cute place with mostly amazing women but i am floored that someone would think that is ok considering what is going on.
