I just had the nicest experience.
For decades, our family has used Ramos Shoe Service whenever we have needed repairs, but it had been a while since I had needed their services. Yesterday, I left them a pair of shoes to have new insoles and padding put in. When I picked them up today, they had also been polished and shined!!! I felt like I was looking at a brand new pair of shoes! There are still businesses out there that care about their customers and that take pride in their work. Highly recommend!

Mr. Ramos is always top notch! I couldn't have picked a better place to take my shoes once again. Seven years ago I carried shoes to get non slip on the bottom of my shoes and once again I carried shoes to get them again. Mr. Ramos asked me which ones I wanted either the cheap store brand or his, and of course I chose his. I wouldn't mind taking anything else they can repair.
