I am going here for Aquatic therapy. There therapy pool is heated and helps my leg and back. The physical therapist are very knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. I would recommend Pro Health to my family and friends.

It is a good old-schoolish gym. Has an indoor pool, an elevated 1/10 mile track, a half basketball court, and, of course, ellipticals, weight machines, and free weights. Dumbbells up to 100 lbs. Bench and incline stations, squat stations and a Smith machine. No squat machine or landmine press. Trainers available for hire. Hours are not great.

It was my first day of physical therapy. I felt like the staff were very empathetic to my situation and treated me as a unique individual, not like I'm just another patient. It was tough, but I know it'll be worth it.
