Dr. Cross & her team were so sweet with my very anxious-at-the-vet pup! They took their time with him to help calm him down and never got irritated. Also, Dr. Cross was super helpful in helping me understand the issues he was having!
Staff is outstanding. They always get us in and out quickly. Facility is very clean and welcoming. Our animals have always received top of the line care and advice. Highly recommend.
My baby boy is in good hands with the crew @ Old Shell Hospital! I feel free to travel knowing I have a secure place with good people looking after Georgie my Great Pyrenees! I would highly recommend them to all pet parents!
