McCollum Electrical Services installed a generator at a home. The team was prompt, detailed the work, worked efficiently, and communicated through the whole process. They resolved a GFCI outlet issue over phone/text, saving money when a quick visit was not possible. The service man was knowledgeable, found the cause, and the price was very reasonable. McCollum Electrical Services not the average electric service company and will use them again.
Had an issue with my GFCI outlet and they weren't able to come out immediately, however they helped me resolve the issue over phone/text ultimatum saving me money. A lot of places wouldn't do this but they did, won't call anyone else when the next issue comes up.
The service man was very knowledgeable being able to find the cause of our problem. The price was very reasonable. Not the average electric service company and I will definitely use them in the future.
