After years of doing our taxes on our own with sites like turbo tax we decided to have a professional handle them and it was nothing like we expected. To share the complexity of my tax challenges would would go beyond a simple review! Paula has been an outstanding example of what an individual/small business owner needs when faced with such challenges. She calmed the stress associated with such an un-nerving obstacle. She laid out a POA with exact details. She set specific time lines for task and, respectfully held me accountable for meeting deadlines, all while maintaining communication with me & the IRS. The detailed results immediately lifted much pressure while giving me the guidance needed to avoid future mistakes. 5 stars all the way??
