This review is not about the company providing the product, but about the shortcomings of the product itself. The product absolutely keeps debris out of your gutters, but it also in certain areas keeps water out. I have two areas where rainwater overwhelms the ability of the filter to allow water to enter the gutters, forcing overflows that causes extreme slashing, causing my porch to rot. This occurs at inside corners. I had to rip out a portion of the Leafilter to stop the overflow. Until Leafilter creates a fix for this problem, I would not recommend this product.
I am a 40 year career purchasing professional and participated in thousands of negotiations, so I hope readers accept some level of credibility to what I am describing below. I’m accustomed to saying “no” 3 to 4 times more than I say “yes”.
The initial presentation was professional, pressure free and respectful (And ask is not pressure, especially after a potential buyer states their positions and concerns get bad or indifferent). Our experience with all of the LeafFilter company was excellent. it started with the salesman, Stephen. He was very professional and fair and helped us get the best price possible. The actual installers were very efficient and experienced. We are extremely please with the whole process.
