My experience was great. I had a project that required a 3/8" sheetrock. Interior Exterior had it in stock. I was able to purchase S/R mud, tools, insulation and fasteners. Being able to get all needs for a project in one store these days is amazing. AND, they help load material purchased. Very good service. I am skipping the box stores every chance I get. Interior Exterior was a good find.
So far so good, I will update once I get my project underway.I called to get pricing on materials to repair my flood damaged home. The representative was very friendly knowledgeable and, although I'm not sure, I don't think had to look up any of the items I was calling about.I will definitely be getting my supplies here rather than the big box stores I'm used to dealing with.I'm so glad to find out them and if the full experience is as good as the first impression, I'll definitely be doing my part to help others find them as well.
The workers are great when it comes to customer service and helping you purchase materials needed, but when it comes to giving refunds their policy needs to be reconsidered. Simply put, it takes to long to receive a refund. Most companies can return the monies back to the card purchase came from after verification of returned materials. They insist on sending a check, which takes about 10 business days and if there is a mistake it takes another 10 business days. Twenty days is along time to receive a refund or in my case twenty three days because I had to go back to the company because I couldn't deal with the outer state department that handles the refund.
