The team at Howard Services are superior! Always professional, polite and on time. They always answer the phone (no talking to a machine to have them call you back). And most importantly, they do the job right, the first time. We had an issue with our system, every time we switched from heat to cool, a breaker blew. My 78 year old homebound mother's heat went out and the nighttime temp was going to be near freezing. I contacted Howard Services. Someone was at her house and her heat was working in less than 90 minutes.
