Braxton and Lauren are very nice and easy to talk to. They explain all the parts of fitness and health very well. Lauren’s my trainer there and she’s extremely positive and supportive when we have sessions together. I really recommend this place!

I love FitState! Braxton (owner) and Lauren (my trainer) are great and very knowledgeable. They hold me accountable and encourage me every step of the way. The gym is awesome. It’s never over crowded, and with 24 hr access it makes getting my workouts in much easier. If you are ready to get off the couch and make some changes, come check them out!
