PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. 11/14 I went to get a trim, black dye, keratin treatment and Microlink package the total was $1045 and I paid her via Cashapp like she requested. After I left the shop I noticed that the hair she provided was terrible and did not hold a curl and my hair was frizzing. 11/15 I text her and informed her that the hair would not hold a curl and frizzes up and that my hair was still frizzing up ( Although, Fancy said if I got the Keratin treatment it would prevent frizzing. She ignored me 11/17 I texted her again inform her about the quality of the hair and to tell her that my Microlink install tracks were starting to come up. She text back " Really, I'm in Cabo but I will get you taking care of" Come to find out she lied about being in Cabo and I found out because I called the shop and her employee informed me that she was not in Cabo. 11/18 I contacted her again informing her that I've been patient and I want it fixed after paying $1045. She didn't respond. I decided to go up to the shop and the young lady took a look at my hair and took my information down and told me she would let fancy know. She still didn't contact me back! 11/22 Today I stopped by the shop again because a track slid out my hair. She was not there again but her employee took pictures of my hair and told me that she had been telling Fancy to call me from all the times I called the shop. I asked her to text me the pictures we took on the iPad And I sent them to Fancy's cellphone informing her that if she did not give me my money back( because I don't trust her to fix my hair anymore) I would take her to Small claims court. I was willing to even take $650 for the Microlink Package! I BEG YOU PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HER!

STOP and Run!!! Save your time and money. There is nothing Fancy about this name nor shop. I paid a $250 deposit to get a wig made and Fancy didn't even show up for my appointment. She doesn't respond to messages, phone calls,etc. Refused to give me my deposit back saying that wig was customed made and ready. She never produced any pictures of the wig after I ask several times with no response back. She's a fraud in my book and doesn't exhibit good business practices. She gives other businesses a bad name. Beware...she LIES.

The Photo advertising that this store has wigs is false advertisement. They only sell bundles in store and make custom wigs with a 2 day turnaround. Cute place nice people but the photos are misleading.
