I had a fantastic experience having my taxes done here. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress‑free. Everything was explained clearly, all my questions were answered, and I felt confident that my return was handled accurately and efficiently. Brooke was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to help. I highly recommend Brooke Etheredge to anyone looking for reliable, fast, and excellent tax service—I won’t go anywhere else!
I can’t recommend Mrs. Beth at EZ Tax Refunds in Mobile, AL ENOUGH! We were recommended to her by a mutual friend & I am so glad we gave her a shot with filing our taxes this year! She was amazing with answering all my crazy questions, concerns, and explaining any and everything to me so I could understand everything more!!!! We will definitely be her reoccurring clients year after year! If you have any questions or need help with your taxes give her a call! You WILL NOT regret it!
Thank you Beth for “Making our Life Easier” ❤❤
I used to be the TurboTax kind of person until one year it was showing what I didn't believe could be true. We looked for some recommendations and Brooke came highly recommended. Not only did she flip that year back around, I have used her every year since without hesitation. She makes things extremely easy, is very knowledgeable on all tax breaks and laws, has a quick turnaround time, and is very affordable. She has saved me enough money in one year to pay for her service fee for the remainder of my working career without question. I hands down will not use anyone else.
