I've been going to elements for years and always have a great experience. Eric is the absolute best! Very professional and skilled with the extensive knowledge of kinesiology and body alignment. Creates a calming atmosphere and doesn't talk constantly like a lot of therapists do, preventing you from really relaxing. He doesn't overdo it either to where I'm horribly sore the next day! Highly recommend!
