Forget about the "Big Box" service providers and shop small business! I initially made an appointment with the "Geek Squad" for a blue screen error, after arriving I was given a bunch of irrelevant IT terms; which I understood (being Computer Science degreed) of course the tech was not aware of that...Fast forward the tech appeared annoyed and made no effort to resolve my issue; which from my knowledge was not very complex. I was constantly reminded by him of the 2 day turnaround.... He tapped a few keys, then asked ME; "what do I do when the blue screen appears?" I got a great price on a product from them, fell in love with the product and unfortunately it had a few issues. Brandon was amazing at helping me get my hands on the product I needed. He is at the Schillinger location and he’s very understanding and will work with you. Brandon is very knowledgeable and helpful, thank you!
