Problem with HP Laptop was diagnosed and the problem resolved within minutes.The owner was knowledgeable, friendly and took time to show me what the problem was. He was very patient and didn’t mind discussing options.
First time in with an issue with my laptop. Looked it over while I was there then called 2 hours later to say it was ready for pickup.
Unfortunately this level of communication and timely service is not common any more, but it still is here. Thank you guys, I'll be back for sure.
