So, when I started here I didn't mind it - it was close to my place of residency and I liked my doctor. But then my doctor just randomly quit and this place didn't see fit to notify anyone until AFTER his last day. When I called to see who could refill my meds - NO ONE on staff was available to refill my meds. So, I started hunting for a new doctor because I certainly wasn't going to continue going here. Guess what, they sent this letter in October - most places first available appointments were in December. Which means I was without my meds for ONE SOLID month. I had been going here for about 2 years mainly to just seek out medication for my anxiety and depression. I’m very busy and struggle to keep up with my appointments but they usual would call me to make a new appointment to renew my prescription when the time came. They never called me when the time came and my prescription ended up expiring. I called several times to get a refill/ make a new appointment and after several weeks of calling/ leaving a message and being with out my medication my anxiety symptoms came back and I started having negative effects from being with out my medication. When my psychiatrist unexpectedly moved away last spring, the only option they presented for continued treatment was to become a patient at CMPS. After a lot of phone tag, I was finally told to come into the clinic to complete the intake paperwork in October. I did so and was told they'd call me to set up an appointment. It's 6 months later and I have still not heard anything from them.

Well, I guess I shouldn't save I haven't heard anything when they fairly regularly (2 or 3 times since October) send me notification emails about changing their client portal, their messaging system, etc. I tried logging in to the portal, but there are no appointments or ways to...read full review
