I can't speak enough on my level of satisfaction and being grateful that Mr. Byrd was willing to adjust his schedule to come out and repair the problem I created on Saturday. Kept his word on verifying when he would call back to let me know who was coming and arrived on the minute he said he would be there. Friendly, courteous, professional and diligent. Work performed to perfection. I will NEVER call on anyone but Coastal for any plumbing issues. If you have them to do work then you will know what I'm talking about.
Unbelievable! I called and needed the work done that day, They were so nice and professional on the phone and on the job. They arrived by noon and got the job done. It was the replacement of a pipe in my curb box that supplied the irrigation water or something🤷🏻♀. They had to find the part and get it, they went the extra mile!!! It wasn't an easy job, but Raymond (I'm pretty sure that was his name) made it look easy! I highly recommend!
