Woke up this morning, Sunday. Inside temperature was 57 degrees. Furnace not working. We have a maintenance contract with Climate Control. They sent tech Joshua Howard to the rescue. Climate Control has always had excellent service, but Joshua just upped the bar. Very pleased customer. I always hope we never need to call, but if we do, we are requesting Joshua. Thanks
My aunt has a standing relationship with Climate Control so when my AC went out yesterday I called her for help. Climate Control came out to my house on the weekend (they made sure I understood the cost upfront). Chandler called when he was on his way. Very polite and knowledgeable. Was super friendly towards me, my kids, and pets! Not only did he fix our capacitor but he then took extra steps to ensure it was running correctly and to what capacity. He then provided me with all my payment options and made sure to answer all my questions about the process.
Service was handled professionally, promptly, and we were kept informed about the process from when the technicians would arrive through the entire process. The technicians, especially Christian Summersell, Chandler Willis, and Jordan were knowledgeable, courteous, and diligent.
