I’m a first time customer. I’m not sure what services he offers, but my experience there was great. I got an awesome haircut for a reasonable price. In my opinion, Cecil’s Barbershop is what a barbershop is supposed to be. It’s not a salon, but a barbershop. I enjoyed the small talk and a lot of BS. Thanks Bill, I’ll be back.
