Just want to say this process of building a pool has not only been real easy but also way ahead of schedule. Richard our project manager has kept us informed the whole way thru. He is also easy to get ahold of and responds quickly. So glad we decided to use blue haven. Thank youJust wanted to update. The pool was finished last week and looks awesome. From start to finish every group came in and did their part fast and excellent. The plaster, the digging, gading, and decking all was phenomenal. We couldn’t be happier. Julia Neville with the Warranty Department was excellent in coordinating warranty issues . She communicated promptly regarding all issues and offered excellent customer service . My experience with Julia was outstanding !

Had an issue with the decking that was installed in October of 2023, submitted a claim and Erica Maines, got it scheduled and corrected within a few days, the low spot is gone and water is no longer collecting near the spa by the pool. Thanks for the quick fix.
