Just wanted to give a shout out to Will Richardson- he was always available when I called, he handled a meltdown I had with Grace and professionalism- he comforted every concern I had and explained things to make sure I understood the process and even called back later to check on things- he definitely cares about his customers!
I also want to thank Bryan who does the pool school- he answered me right back when I had issues and was very thorough with his explanation of things! He came after 7pm one evening bc we had been so busy working - he came at my convenience- when do you see that sort of customer service anymore- he is a gem! Blue Haven did a great job at our house in Fairhope. Project Manager Tad was on top of everything from start to finish. The sub-contractors they hired to do various parts of the project all did a superb job. We love our new outdoor paradise.
