We love supporting our West Mobile businesses. I came to Big Tuna today on my off day because my girls love the car wash. For some reason my card would not work in their debit card reader (I tried on both machines) and the nicest gentleman came over to help me. He couldn’t get my card to work either and gave me a complimentary car wash. It wasn’t something he had to do and I offered to go get cash to bring back. He even recommended me bringing the girls at night because of all the lights. I will definitely be back to buy their membership. Customer service isn’t like that anymore, so thank you Big Tuna!

Best car wash in Mobile Alabama! Gentle wash doesn’t leave a residue on my car like most do and they have all the tools I need to finish out my interior cleaning. Not to mention the spooky car wash was a hit please do it again next year!

I love Big Tuna! Yeah you can stop anywhere and pretty much pay the same price for a car wash, but Big Tuna is always clean, all vacuums work, and I appreciate the pre-wash brushing the staff gives. Membership is worth it!
