We love supporting our West Mobile businesses. I came to Big Tuna today on my off day because my girls love the car wash. For some reason my card would not work in their debit card reader (I tried on both machines) and the nicest gentleman came over to help me. He couldn’t get my card to work either and gave me a complimentary car wash. It wasn’t something he had to do and I offered to go get cash to bring back. He even recommended me bringing the girls at night because of all the lights. I will definitely be back to buy their membership. Customer service isn’t like that anymore, so thank you Big Tuna!

These guys are terrific they keep my car looking brand new super nice atmosphere.
Bro this is literally the only car wash I go to here in Mobile. Never had any issues during my wash and the staff is always friendly. Even the cheapest wash still looks cleaner than most.
