First time using them, and the staff was quite friendly, welcoming, and made it clear that they cared about my sweet kitties. My precious 8 month old male kitty, Tiny, suddenly passed away 10 days after being neutered, and I was heartbroken and a mess. When I called to ask if they'd any clue as to why, Dr. Barr immediately got on the phone. He was shocked and told me how sorry he was. He asked questions and also listened to me as I cried. He offered to have my sweet boy sent to Auburn, but I just couldn't do that. We buried him next to our 16 year-old cat, Oscar. They are quite pricey, but worth it.

It took me a while to find an exotic vet for my ferrets, but finally found Dr. Bar. He is WONDERFUL! He is kind and compassionate and very knowledgeable about ferrets. His entire staff are so nice. His prices are extremely reasonable. He uses a camera to check the ears of the ferrets that comes up on the tv in the room, so I was able to see the ear mites in my girls’ ears. Their previous vet never even mentioned they could possibly have ear mites. My girls have probably had them since I got them 1.5 years ago. Amazing Veterinarian and staff; if ur going for ur cats or other exotics Dr Green is an excellent choice. Thank you for all you’ve done throughout the years for my dogs Butter, and Stella.
