Reviews
This company is wonderful. They arrived on time, they were knowledgeable about my problem, they were professional and friendly as well. I would give them 5 stars. thank you AC!
I was impressed with the level of professionalism and prompt communication. The dispatcher was very polite and genuinely wanted to help me. My toilet was leaking at the base and smelled. The technician called and let me know he was on his way within 20 minutes of my initial call. Ended up I had a bad wax ring seal and my flange was pretty cruddy. He did an excellent job of not only stopping the smell and leak but saved me some much needed cash cleaning up my existing flange. It's awesome to find honest repair people that operate a business in 2023 like they did back in the day. I'm a repeat customer for sure.
