Can’t recommend their company enough!! Contacted them on Tuesday that we were having issues with another HVAC company not returning calls/ emails or providing a quote on a unit. They were out on Thursday, found the issue and replaced the unit on Friday. Very organized, sent reminder text and the communication from every person was very professional! Highly recommended!! Thank you Home Pros for your quick response in such a hot time and the professionalism from every employee we had contact with!
They came to my house to give me an estimate, and they were so kind and explained everything that needed to be done to fix the problem and they also gave me a reasonable rate to do the project. At this time the work has not yet started but I’m looking forward to them taking on this project. I will update this review to let everyone know that their work matches their showing up on time, their kindness, and their generosity.
My air conditioning was out. I called around 5 p.m. and Mason arrive about an hour or so later. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was knowledgeable, courteous and quick.
