They came to my house to give me an estimate, and they were so kind and explained everything that needed to be done to fix the problem and they also gave me a reasonable rate to do the project. At this time the work has not yet started but I’m looking forward to them taking on this project. My air conditioning was out. I called around 5 p.m. and Mason arrive about an hour or so later. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was knowledgeable, courteous and quick.
The young man who came out, Kynan, was one the most professional technicians who did an outstanding, thorough job and took his time and didn’t try to pressure me into anything else. He did identify a small problem that I readily agreed with and asked for a quote. I’m definitely changing my HVAC company to Home Pros. Great technicians as I also previously experienced with Jessie. Both technicians should be commended.
