My husband and I were very pleased with the services provided by Dave and Andrew. When we arrived to our soon to be home, my realtor informed me that all of the inspectors she had worked with in the past just did the inspection and put out a report, that's it. However, with D.O.C., they took the time to walk through the home with us and educate my husband and I on our new home. They encouraged any and all questions we had regarding our home and did so with the utmost knowledge. I would VERY highly recommend D.O.C. for any home inspection needs and specifically to new home owners like ourselves who just want to learn about the home they will soon be living in. We were very pleased with the results at the Eufaula Carnegie Library. Stains that had set in long ago and stains that had not been removed by other carpet services are gone! Very reasonably priced and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Latoya did a deep cleaning on our home and it came out beautiful. When we purchased the house our realtor reccomended someone and unfortunately they did not do much. It was horrible. I was so dissapointed. Then we called Latoya. I highly recommend commend her. When we came up a week later since we are not moved in yet the house smelled wonderful.It was truly a deep clean.
