The director was so kind and understanding. She did an amazing job. However, it did seem a lot like a 'one man' show. I think the service would have flowed even better if they were fully staffed.
Family friendly atmosphere, great prices, the services are all personal and they treat you like family! They could be charging way more than they considering their work is top tier better than some of the other shops in the area that charge way more and the work nor services aren’t anything near what’s offered here.
He did a nice job with my color except he over-bleached. I feel when you make a mistake don't make it worse just be honest and we could of went from there. Then discussed future visits to receive the outcome of my choice without force. My hair is natural so I knew it could withstand the damage but other than that I like their services.
