We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Valhalla Funeral Home during one of the hardest times in our lives. From the very beginning, they treated our family with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion.

LaFaith, the funeral home manager, has truly gone above and beyond for our family during this time. She handled every detail with such professionalism and care, making sure everything was exactly as we hoped it would be. During moments when we felt overwhelmed, she was calm, steady, and reassuring. Valhalla persons were courteous informational , and very knowledgeable . LaFaith was so professional and down to earth. As a person that set this funeral up for my first time, LaFaith was essential to a successful funeral. She took my worries away. I loved doing business with her but not in a hurry to repeat the event. May God bless you all.

The director was so kind and understanding. She did an amazing job. However, it did seem a lot like a 'one man' show. I think the service would have flowed even better if they were fully staffed.
