We bought a house with termite contract with this company, so when we had some ants after a big rain we called them. They were out the next day, educated us about the insects & their patterns, and sprayed and laid bait. When we had a few stragglers still around a few days later, they came out the day after I called and re-sprayed, baited, and took a deeper look into where the source might be. Found it outside, and sprayed again around the exterior. Very pleased!There was a few calls I had tried to make a few days ago that kept going to a very confused older man, so I'm not sure if the lines get occasionally crossed? THANK YOU for having John back!!! I was going to initially cancel my services after having to deal with a horrible employee the last few months including not being serviced for just over 2 months with no one contacting me from this office on what was going on. With John I don't ever have to worry about me and my kids being safe. John is absolutely amazing, respectful, professional, and he understands the importance of family and honesty. He gets in and does his job without me having to follow him around and make sure he isn't snooping around and trying to take things or having to hear that "as a woman I should be keeping my house cleaned better" as I was told from a previous technician who always said that his "father" owns the company (which he does not). John makes sure not to spray around my dogs' feed bowls (which the last technician did) and he gets under my fridge and the kitchen cabinets. We have troubles with fire ants being just outside our door and recently came across some large black ants that act like fire ants and John took care of that for us. I wouldn't want anyone else to service my house unless it's John since Shawn is no longer there. Thank you for getting a professional, honest, respectful, family man like John cause you more than likely will never find anyone like him again!
