After another nail place in Mccalla treated me so very nasty, I came to them desperate for help. Andy was so sweet and respectful. He fixed the mess that Model Nails made and truly was the most gentle nail technician Ive ever had work on my nails. His prices were very fair. I watched how They treated their customers in the nail salon like Queens. It's hard to find a nail salon that is fair with their pricing and kind to the customers. When it came time to pay I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely looking forward to going back again!!

I'm down from Washington state visiting my sister. The service was fantastic and the lady who did my pedicure was just as nice as can be. My toes look great. Highly recommend! I wish I got her name. Thank you again!!!

Came in on a Monday around 2pm and it wasn't crowded which is good for me. You are required to wear masks and the staff has masks on also. The two employees who were doing the pedicures wore gloves. The gentleman who did my manicure did not wear gloves. Overall happy with my service. I got gel nails w glitter and I asked for another coat on a couple of my nails. The gentleman hesitated but gave another coat after seeing a few nails didn't have as much coverage as the other nails. (I think 3 coats is their standard). Quiet spot, not too much talking which is good if you're trying to relax and enjoy the moment. I've come here several times in the past for eyebrow waxing...read full review
