“Went to PITNER FAMILY DENTISTRY on 02/10/2025 to start the process of getting my CROWNS & FILLINGS with Dr. Mitchell. Upon entering I was WELCOMED BY THE AMAZING RECEPTIONIST WITH THE BIGGEST SMILE & WARM HELLO. In the process of my procedure, Dr. Mitchell & Chelsea made sure I was COMFORTABLE AND PAIN FREE. I am in total AWE OF HOW MUCH CONCERN I was given during the process and afterwards. I felt like a PAMPERED PRINCESS…. Thanks Dr. Mitchell & PITNER FAMILY DENTISTRY. Tracy Miller“

“Had a Dental Appointment today March 5,2025 at Kesser and Associates in Fairfield Alabama. I had a Surgical Appointment done by Dr. Kessler. Dr. Kessler was very patient and very kind during the procedure. The procedure was handled very professional and it was done in a timely manner from start to finish. I really like the professional manner in which everything was handled. I highly recommend this Dental Office to my Family and Friends.“

“Honestly, As a patient it was fine but as an employee, I was fired for standing up to an abusive patient who got in my face (less than 3 feet with elevated arms) shouting profanities and threatened me. Standing up to him was a reminder to him that it is 2025 and not 1965. They alleged that patients were lost, but I've kept and brought more patients than they supposedly lost. When patient dollars matter more than employee safety, a company has no soul at that point. They never attempted to get my side of the story so it is what it is. ??“
